Finding the right size
Sizing is the most important aspect to choosing the right wig. The right size will ensure your wig is comfortable and secure all day long.
Finding the right color
Wigs: pick whatever makes you feel like you. Match your roots or try something completely different. There are no rules here.
Toppers: aim for a shade that blends with your bio hair, especially at the root and through your part line. Seamless is the goal.
If you’re torn between two shades: go one shade lighter. It’s way easier to deepen a colour as bleaching to lighten is not advised.

Finding the right length
Wigs: you can go any length you want. Use the product photos as a guide, but make sure to measure too. Everyone’s head size and neck length changes where the hair actually falls.
How to measure: grab a flexible measuring tape and measure from the centre top of your head down to where you want the ends to sit.
Toppers: for the most seamless blend, we recommend choosing a topper that’s 2 inches or more longer than your bio hair. It helps the blend look natural, gives you room for styling, and leaves space for your hair to grow without the topper feeling too short too fast.

What's your returns policy?
The TL/DR is if you've purchased an un-altered product (no lace cut, no customizatins) you have 2 days from delivery to return your piece if it is not right for you. Returns will incur a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs.

What type of hair do you use?
Radiant Hair Co. uses the highest quality remy human hair. Remy hair is silky, has a longer lifespan, and tangles less.
We work closely with our manufacturing team to select the finest hair and work to meet our high standards.
How do they stay on without glue?
Our wigs use silicone ear tabs and a nape for maximum security. There are also adjustable straps in the back. Plus, each wig comes with it's own wig grip.
Tell me about customizations?
If a custom color service is added, the wig is final sale. Once the inspiration photo has been sent, it can't be changed. Our styling team colors each wig by hand to match your inspiration photo. Please know every wig is unique and hand-done and will have slight variations. Therefore, custom orders can't be returned or refunded.
Can I wear a wig if I still have hair?
Absolutely! Radiant Wigs can be worn with or without hair underneath.
Can I swim in a Radiant Wig?
While it's not advised, due to the damage it can cause after time, you can definitely swim in your wig without it coming off.
Just be sure to give it an extra treatment after to avoid the hair becoming dry.

Customers are able to pre-order wigs before they become available on our website. With pre-orders, we can do custom sizing with no added charge to create your dream hair. In addition, we can add on custom color and cut customization with our Radiant styling team.
