Radiant Hair Co. Returns Policy

We totally get it. Sometimes a piece arrives and it’s not the right fit for you. We offer returns for eligible items.

1) Return window

All eligible orders are subject to a 4-day return policy from the day you receive the wig.

Example: If you receive your item on Monday, you must have it back to the post office by Friday.

If your return is shipped outside of the 4-day window, it may be refused and sent back to you at your expense.

2) What is eligible for return

Returns are accepted on eligible stock and pre-order items only, provided the wig is returned in the required condition.

3) What is NOT eligible for return

  • Final sale items
  • Stock or pre-orders wigs with any added customization

These items are not eligible for a refund or return for change of mind.

4) Return condition requirements

All products must be returned in their original condition, with ALL accessories included.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The wig must be unworn (other than tried on)
  • The wig must be free of perfume, smoke, deodorant, makeup, hairspray, product residue, or styling marks
  • The wig must show no signs of washing, heat styling, cutting, alterations, or damage
  • All included items must be returned (accessories, packaging, inserts, anything that came in the box)

If the lace front was cut or trimmed, it can no longer be returned.

We inspect all returns upon arrival. If the returned wig does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

If a return is refused, the wig will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

5) How to start a return

Before sending anything back, you must email us.

Please include:

  • Your full name used for the purchase
  • Your order number
  • Your return tracking number (once shipped)

Return address: Use the return address on the shipping label on the box.

Inside the package, please include:

  • Your full name used for the purchase
  • Your order number

If you do not email us to notify the return (and provide tracking), your return may be delayed or refused.

6) Return shipping

  • Buyer pays for the return shipping label.
  • Adding insurance or a signature is optional, but recommended.

Radiant Hair Co. cannot provide reimbursement for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

If your return goes missing on its way back to us, it is the buyer’s responsibility, and a refund may not be issued.

7) Restocking fees (updated)

Restocking fees will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

  • First-time customers only: No restocking fee
  • Subsequent purchases: 6% restocking fee (deducted from your refund)

This applies to all eligible returns.

8) Cancellations before receipt (updated)

Orders that are “cancelled” before receipt will incur a 6% restocking fee.

9) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund if it meets all eligibility requirements.

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable (including any original shipping paid).

If your return does not meet the policy requirements, a refund will not be issued and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
