MEET NATALIE
Founder, @alopecia_fashionista, and the person who will never let you settle for a wig that feels itchy, heavy, or not like you.
My hair loss story started at 10. And I learned early how to make wigs work. Until I decided to build what I could not find.
I've worn a lot of wigs in my time. I've had beautiful wigs that felt like a heavy helmet. I've worn super comfy wigs that looked like a costume wig. And don't get me started on cap sizing...
My head is small. Like, genuinely. And I realized I was not the only one dealing with that. So Radiant Hair Co. became the brand I needed back then, with modern, luxury human hair wigs that actually feel wearable in real life.
Glueless. Lightweight. Breathable. Designed to work with or without hair. And built with fit in mind, from extra small to extra large.

2009
it starts
Hair loss enters the chat.
When I was 10 years old, my hair loss journey began. My hair began slowly shedding. Diagnosed with Androgenic Alopecia. Throughout my childhood, the shedding only got worse. I experienced all the things that you'd expect to come with that. Bullying. Isolation. Fear.
2014

The Dr. Google era.
Deep in the trenches of Google, trying every hair loss solution the internet promised would “change my life.” Spoiler alert: none of them did.
2019
Trying wigs
Alopecia Fashionista is born.
My official wig trial era. Equal parts hopeful and humbling. This is also when I started documenting my hair journey and sharing it out loud, even when it felt uncomfortable.

Viral???
My hair account blew up.
I documented every part of my hair-wearing journey and posted it online. I found my community here. I began partnering with hair brands.
2020
from a little idea...
What if I...created my own wig?
After working with several major hair companies and partnering with multiple wig brands, I realized something was missing. So I started designing it myself. Sketching, testing, and obsessing over what would eventually become my dream wig cap, built from the ground up for comfort, security, and real life.
2021
Building a hair brand.
Building what I needed.
Endless sample wigs. Most were rejects. Close, but not it. I was determined to create a wig I would actually want to wear every single day, not just tolerate.
2022
My dream...a reality.
Radiant Hair Co. is born.
After all the samples, all the testing. We officially launched. My dream became a reality. We sold out our very first launch in just a few days, a moment I will never forget.

Radiant Hair Co. has now hosted multiple pop up events around the world, grown an incredible community, and continues to evolve. Proof that something built with intention, care, and a lot of heart can go further than you ever imagined.
