What Type Of Wigs Are Radiant Hair Co. Wigs?

Our wigs are glue-less lace front wigs - meaning you can put it on like a hat, and go! They have natural hairlines and adjustable straps for a secure fit. We offer sizes extra-small to extra-large, and a wide range of colors. We have stock drops almost every week (sign up to our newsletter!)

What type of hair do we use?

Radiant Hair Co. uses the highest quality remy human hair. Remy hair is silky, has a longer lifespan, and tangles less.

We work closely with our manufacturing team to select the finest hair and work to meet our high standards.

How Do Radiant Wigs Stay On Without Glue?

Our wigs use silicone ear tabs and a nape for maximum security. There are also adjustable straps in the back. Plus, each wig comes with it's own wig grip.

What is Your Return Policy?

All orders (except final sale, stock wigs with any added customization and pre-orders) have a 2 day return policy from day of receiving the wig. For example, if you receive the item on Monday, please have it back to the post office by Wednesday. Buyer pays for the shipping label. Adding insurance or a signature is optional.

Please email us at hello@radianthairco.com to notify you are returning the wig with the tracking number. Use the return address on the shipping label on the box. Please include your full name used for the purchase and order number inside.

To receive a refund, the piece must not be altered. It must be returned in sellable condition. This means no washing, using heat tools, or wearing the hair (try on only). When trying on the piece, please ensure your own hair is clean and does not contain any product or hair fibers, sprays, powders or similar. The cap should be free of any sweat, stains, hairs, or odor. The product should be free of any odors (smoke, pets, perfumes, etc). Radiant Hair Co. will inspect the piece thoroughly once it arrives back.

If we do not deem the product to be eligible for a refund, the product will be shipped back at the buyer’s expense. 

Shipping costs, credit card charges, import duties and any other fees are non-refundable.

All products shall be returned in their original condition with ALL accessories included. If the lace front was cut or trimmed it can no longer be returned. Returns are also obligated to pay a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Radiant Hair Co. can't provide reimbursement for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Orders that are ‘cancelled’ before receipt will also incur a 10% restock fee.

Refund processing may take up to 10 days depending on return date & inspection of products.

Pre-Order Policy

Customers are able to pre-order wigs before they become available on our website. With pre-orders, we can do custom sizing with no added charge to create your dream hair. In addition, we can add on custom color and cut customization with our Radiant styling team.

Pre-orders include:

- Bleached knots and a trim

- Custom sizing if needed

- Radiant Hair goodies when you receive your dream hair!

Delivery Confirmation

Radiant Hair Co. will deliver the product using the shipping method selected at checkout provided by the purchaser. Once the purchaser has received delivery confirmation from the assigned carrier, Radiant hair has fufilled it's obligation and the terms of sale are deemed to be completed.

Internation Orders: Customs & Taxes

Radiant Hair Co. is not responsible for duty or customs fees for international orders. The price does not include customs fees.
